The digital age comes with radical changes in how value is created. While our future leaders, the millennials, have evolved their values, the way of how businesses and organisations are run is stuck in the industrial epoch. The keywords of a “new work era” are widely spread, but remained poorly put into practice in most cases. Instead of thoroughly understanding how instrumental their impact for business success can be they are used to lure young talents into organisations that are run as ever before. The risk of this is not only the loss of motivation and engagement of a whole generation in their jobs and towards their employer, but more interestingly the loss of effectiveness with which businesses are approaching increasing complexity & future challenges. In this podcast we, Anna & Rolf, want to take the buzz out of New Work and interview smart minds who have approached Org topics in a different way.
