What began as a few social media connections has evolved into a powerful and growing community for women in real estate. Our very first meetup drew 30 to 40 attendees—far beyond what we expected—and that moment showed us there was something special here. We never set out to build a business, but by listening to our members and staying true to our values of authenticity and connection, WIIRE grew organically.
