Kelsey is a friend of Amelia’s, located in Des Moines (another IOWA girl!), and is a realtor who grew up around new construction and investment properties and spent time watching her stepdad invest in luxury homes. While not all of those are what she spends her time doing in her current zone of genius, she saw value in owning property from a young age and has truly stepped into her own in the world of real estate investing.
