South Korean exports fell (again) in the first twenty days of December. Exports to the US rose, but exports to China slumped. As China sits as the postage and packaging department of a lot of global supply chains, weaker exports to China may well reflect weaker underlying consumer demand for goods in Europe, the UK, and the US.
