This podcast will transport you to the middle of a thunderstorm, complete with natural rain sounds, ambient music and thunder. Sleep, relax and meditate better by clearing your mind of stress and distractions with these audio tracks. A premium 8-hour thunderstorm, rain and tranquil ambience sounds with a soft music overlay for sleep, relaxation and meditation. As the title suggests, this mix has been recorded in the midst of an actual thunderstorm. The rain has been slowed down and run through various effects to give it the perfect deep tonality. This is background ambience for sleep, relaxation and meditation.Having recently moved to an area surrounded by forests, lakes and rivers, I have gotten to experience several outdoor activities. I have spent several nights camping and I am constantly on the move. However, as much as I love being outdoors and dancing under the stars, there are certain things which are outside my comfort zone. Sleeping outside with little creature comforts is definitely not one of them! One of the reasons that I love camping is because, at least to me, it is an opportunity to clear your head and focus on the here and now. No TV, no phone, no internet and after a while, even the parents stop bugging you what you are going to cook for dinner and someone will suggest a game of volleyball or other equally pointless and fun activities which get your mind off the stresses of normal life.To me, camping is a time for meditation, relaxation, exercise, drinking tea, writing, reading, talking, laughing, singing, crying, without regrets. And after all this time hanging out in the outdoors, I have developed certain processes and things which help me to get the most out of camping.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/thunderstorm-sleep-and-relax-in-the-rain/exclusive-contentAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy
