Poni has a solution for how the Steelers can fix their WR room this off-season. Gerry Dulac released a piece the other day stating ‘when’ the team parts with George Pickens, making it sound like a forgone conclusion. Should the team try to trade him now before anything else happens? So here is Poni’s plan – a free agent WR for $15M per year like Keenan Allen. The second part of his plan would be drafting Emeka Egbuka in the 1st round. Poni thinks a room of Allen, Egbuka, Calvin Austin and Roman Wilson is a much more legit one than they just had. The guys talked about the mistake it was for the Steelers to pass on Brian Thomas last year.
