Nick Phillips: Communication is Kind

Telling his stories to The Collective Wisdom Podcast this week is Nick Phillips. Nick’s stories and the wisdom they contain within them about communication being kinder than not saying anything. Even when, or maybe especially when, it is a profoundly difficult conversation is something that will stay with me for a very long time. We talked about identities we adopt and how difficult it is sometimes to change them once they're set.
