Carl Quintanilla, Jim Cramer and David Faber kicked off the holiday-shortened trading week with stocks in rally mode, after President Trump delayed his threat of 50-percent tariffs on the EU until July. Lots of news surrounding Elon Musk -- from data showing Tesla EV sales in Europe tumbled 49-percent in April, to Musk's X post stating he will be "super focused" on the companies he controls.
