A bizarre trend has emerged where people install carpets in bathrooms and public restrooms, oblivious to the filth accumulating in the fibers. Soon, the trend spreads to sidewalks, and the city becomes a cesspool of mold, filth, and eventually, rats and maggots. Unable to bear it any longer, he sets his factory on fire, destroying the carpets—but the fire spreads, engulfing the entire city.
