Amina Hassan is a psychotherapist who has worked in the NHS for more than 25 years. Amina’s specialism is in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy which looks at how each of us is part of a wider network or ‘system’ and looks deeply at our interactions with other people and how the system works. The aim is to help people to understand each other better and develop new ways to talk to each other.
