Karora and Westgold in $2.2b deal and is the Azure deal at risk!?

Two big stories grabbed our attention today. We started by chatting about the curious trading in Azure (AZS) stock on the day of the EGM which we attended, followed up by the big gold merger between Westgold (WGX) and Karora (KRR.t).
