This is a recording from the conference livestream. It's "premiering" which means the video is playing as if it's live, even though it's not technically live. This is just like we always used to do on YouTube. As to why would we prolong the release: Every year for the conference we offer a livestream ticket, which includes being able to watch the livestream videos for 6 months after the conference. If wee just released the videos right away after the conference then all the people who paid money for the livestream would probably be very upset. The vast majority of conferences offer livestream options so people who can't attend in person can still watch the speakers live. I've never seen a single one of them immediately upload the videos right after the conference, or even within 6 months of the conference. And I'm sure that's for the same reason. Conferences cost a LOT of money to put on, especially if you want to do it at a decennt venue and have good production quality. Unfortunately that means tickets prices can't be dirt cheap, though we make them as cheap as we possibly can. And if we do a livestream, that requires a decent sound/tech guy who can run all of that and takes a bunch of equipment, and that all costs money. Hence why we have to charge money for a livestream ticket, and why we can't just release it immediately afterwards for free. Hope this answers your questions. Much love and light to you 🙏❤️
