Cara is a Certified Sports and Clinical Nutritionist specializing in weight loss, diabetes, prenatal, post partum and sports nutrition. She received her bachelor’s degree from Northeastern State University and is continuing her education for a master’s degree in Health Science. In the past few years, Cara has worked with celebrities, Olympic athletes and prepared top NBA and MLB prospects for the draft and their careers.
