The founder of WikiLeaks is a free man after five years of imprisonment in the UK. Julian Assange has made a plea-deal with the US Department of Justice, bringing to a close the long-running legal battle over charges of espionage and the leaking of top-secret documents. And the government has watered down its ban on vapes while restricting their purchase to pharmacies.  Plus, Victoria is set to introduce pill testing at festivals and a fixed site in inner Melbourne.  Also, WA Labor senator Fatima Payman has crossed the floor over recognition of Palestine.
