66th Locarno Film Festival

Locarno is the romantic heart of the film festival circuit. Monocle put a rose in its buttonhole and sat in its own director's chair on the shores of Lake Maggiore to assess the aesthetic and commercial importance of the festival on it's 66th birthday.
