SPECIAL REPORT: CITIZENS TO TRACK, ARREST SUSPECTS OF COVID19

In this groundbreaking audio exclusive, we hear Ventura County California Health Director Dr. Robert Levin describe plans to hire a Contact Tracing Investigators (CTI) citizens task force who will be deputized to search and take into custody those people suspected of having coronavirus inorder to "liberalize freedom of movement."  This marks the first country to start this program, even though Ventura County (as of May 7) has only seen 8 deaths from COVID-19 in a county with over 830,000 people.
