welcome to episode 5!!! this week we are very lucky to have on Leah Falland - an incredibly well spoken lady who also happens to be our teammate at OAC. this is coming off a year where she ran her first PB in the steeplechase since 2016 and has set herself up for many successful years to come. the episode takes on a more "interview" style start rather then our usual nonsense, but I think that it is very enjoyable nonetheless. we cover a bunch of interesting topics, and get around to answering a few of the Q&A questions. thank you to everyone who sent some in and keep them coming! we hope to continue to answer them each week. hope you guys enjoy!
